Relocation Allowance for Military Divorce?

I heard from a friend that in the Army, at least, when someone divorces a military member, that if they were re-stationed away from their home, because of the military, that the military gives some sort of relocation allowance to the non-military divorcee. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this, how it works, who is eligible, etc!?!
