...everything? For those who know my problems or will take the time to look at some of my previous questions, would you tell it all? I've called the m.c. and he said he will have no right to tell anybody what we'll talk about unless it proves that I was in physical danger, suicidal or abused. I know my husband is afraid, with him being in the military, but I did take that counselor's word when we talked and I believe I can trust him with my problems. I have to trust someone or I will just completely lose my mind. I somehow strongly believe that I am responsible for everything and I need a good advice to help me fix things.

You have doc-patient confidentiality. Just like any other doctror, yes, you NEED to be upfront and honest. They cant help you if you dont.
