Am I entitled to half the assets if I move out of the home before the divorce is finalized?

My husband of 10 months has asked for a divorce. We were getting along just fine until recently. The house goes on the market this week,we're not sure how long it will take to sell. Can I move out of the home before the divorce is legal and still receive half of the sale of the home?
