help with my marriage?

Ever since I have returned from my deployment to Iraq my wife and I have had really "short fuses" with each other. Some of the reasons behind her getting mad at me are warranted such as my lying about little stuff and always wanting to sleep. And I get mad at her for never understanding my side of things. Like why I am always tired is because I wake up at 3:00 am for work and then she wants me to stay up past 10pm every night. But mostly we fight over stupid stuff and after we make up we see just how stupid it was. Anyone have any advice on how we can stop this before it leads to divorce?
