i want i divorce but my husband doesnt want one,?

we just been married for a short period of time, lately he's been acting funny toward me. we dont even sleep together. every time i say something to him. he get upset and yell at me. he talk to his baby's mom find but when it time for us to talk he get mad like he cant stand me. he doestnt work i go to school an when i get out of school i go work a 12hour job. what could i do ?
