I want a divorce, I need advice on getting my life back together.?

I am 34, I have been with my husband for 9 years. I want a divorce, he is constantly lying, gambling & I feel I no longer know him. Our life was perfect 3 years ago, but I cant take this anymore. I have a closet full of gucci & chanel, but my mortgage is past due because the casinos got first dibs on his paycheck. For 3 years now, he has promised that he stopped, but i have finally accepted he never will.
I am trying to get a job, apartment, etc, I need advice, I don't know how to go about doing this. Please somebody give me some advice, we do not have kids. I have been dependent on him the last few years, i quit my job to help him get his business started & going. I just want to walk away, I don't want to be a dick & fight in court, I just want a divorce & to walk away. My family lives overseas, i am completely alone here, all i have had was his family these years with him. So I am pretty much alone in this.
Please help me out with advice.

P.S. Just to give you an idea of how bad it has become, about a year and a half ago, we had over 200k in savings, now that is non existent.
hyabusawife- Thanks for your kind words, I was actually looking for help, not sarcasim. my husband makes 220k a year, i dont spend it, these items are typically "i'm sorry " gifts.
