divorce am I entitled to 1/2? My wife & I have been separated for 15yrs & she has just purchased a home recently. I have filed for divorce twice in the past but she refused. I am filing for divorce again am I entitled to 1/2 of the property?

most likely because you have been separated so long.. the judge will say what's hers is hers and yours yours.. if you don't want to be married to her no judge can say you have to stay together.. file again.. take it to court! my ex refused but i did not want to be in the marriage.. judge cant argue with that!
