When You Divorce How Much % Goes To Child.?

hi there--
at this point im trying to figure things out, about my up-coming divorce. My husband doesnt know yet. I know if we would to try to talk about it, he would try to throw me out. So im doing it the smarter way by looking for an apartment and as soon as i have everything together, ill let him know that i want a divorce. my husband makes about $6,500+ a month. or up to (82,000 yr)
He is a manager. He sweres he would only give me $300.00 for our son! He says ill be the one suffering! Without any money! When i can get any job i want. I just think he really wants me to freak out, and not want to proceed with things. My son is 2.
How much would he actually have to give him? what percentage? Also how do you qualify for spousal support? Ive been married for 4 years we only have 1 son, i stopped working to take care of him for 2 years.
