If i was married for 7 years and havent lived with with my spouse for 6...

...and now he wants a divorce who pays? does she owe me money or do i owe her or will we be intitled to eachothers income during the time we were wed
she has a kid with someone else but the father passed away i live in california and she does to do i have to pay for her kid hes not even mine
i am almost positive she used me to become a us citizen
