How do I tell my kids that their divorced dad is started dating?

I have two kids, 18 and 14, and they live with their Mom. I have met someone and have begun dating. I know that it will be a tough adjustment, but I want to figure out what language I should use. I want them to know that the time I spend with them will not diminish, that I will always love them, and that the person I am with does not replace their mother. It's not my intent to have a revolving door of new women on a regular basis.
