| Divorce/Custody question?
How is a continuance allowed in family court? I mean on what grounds would they allow it? My ex tried to get a continuance on our court date which is tomorrow, my attorney asked me and I said NO. So court is still on they say. I already know his reasoning. He is on probation and violated it, now he has a $150k bench warrant. I wasn't about to give him a chance to clean up his act.
