Friend not accepting marriage?

I’ve been married for almost 3 years. My best friend didn’t show up for my wedding. Lately she has made comments that feels to me that she still hasn’t accepted the fact that I’m married or approves of my choice.

My husband has been gone for a year and then went away again for a 6 more months for his responsibilities. We have a strong marriage and get along wonderfully.

My friend has told me when he gets home “you should renew your vows because your marriage doesn’t feel real and it’s still weird hearing you say 'husband'."

She has asked me if I feel he is really the right person for me to be with. She made comments that would have a person second guess their relationship and implant doubts.

When she brings him up she always starts with "I like him, dont get me wrong....but"

Do you think with these types of comments she has made in the past few weeks back up the fact that she hasn’t accepted my marriage? How should I deal with it?
