If I file joint custody in my divorce, can that stop me from moving to another

state with my daughter? I am filing for divorce and I want to move out of the state, but I don't want the father of my daughter to stop my move. Should I file for full or soul custody of our daughter? I have been the primary parent in the household for the past 5 years, and her main residence is with me since the seperation last summer.
