Considering her marriage is still intact, I would say she held on to her commitment, and didn't run away when things got tough. If you don't believe every marriage faces problems, then you're probably not married.

Somehow the phrase "supporter of same sex marriage" always makes me laugh out loud. It sounds like such a person is opposed to opposite sex marriage instead of merely believing that this is personal and/or religious and the government should out of it.
