Amoreena has a spectacular aura about
My friend is newly divorced. Her and her ex?

have two highschool age children. Ex-husband has "parenting time" every other weekend. Problem? The kids do not want to spend time with their dad, he was never really involved with them even when he lived there with them. They are happy and busy with their own lives, in other words, dad is now reaping just what he sowed-a non-relationship with his kids. When he calls up to say he wants to see the kids, the kids don't want anything to do with him, now he blames his ex-wife, saying it's her keeping them away from him. He's sure to tell friend of the court this story. Anyone with similar experience? Any advice? She has tried to call the friend of the court to explain the situation, but no one ever returns her calls.
Weeks and months at a time without so much as a phone call period and then presto he wants parenting time? Thats a lot of bull in my book.

This was the same thing with my friend who divorced a couple years ago. Her daughter was I believe 17 at the time and never had a good relationship with her dad. So when he cheated and my friend kicked him to the curb he tried to call the daughter (on HER cell) and the daughter would not call back, so he would call my friend to complain!

She basically told him that, he was responsible for their relationship BEFORE he left, so now he remains responsible for the one AFTER he left.

And if he lies under oath he is a dead man, by the way.

the best thing she can do is to keep more detailed records

but those are his kids too..

I don't think you are telling the whole story here. He is trying to have a relationship with his kids because he's CALLING THEM
and he says he wants to see the kids?
give me a break. It makes me sick that women expect men to act like women.
