I married my husband, 2 years later, I found out his divorce went through...

...2 months after our marriage.......? I married him in the belief that he had been divorced for 10 years. He had also lied about his age. I just found out from a lawyer that we are not legally married and we must get a legal annulment and proceed to remarriage if that is what we wanted to do. Ideas? Thoughts?
