| When a feminist gets divorced what is expected?
Several times I've read comments from women who claim to be feminists and want to be equal to men. I don't feel sorry for men but sometimes I have to wonder. My question: If a feminist gets divorced and earns a higher income than her ex, who should pay allowance? shouldn't it be the feminist? or is there selective feminism? meant alimony not allowance |

It would be the person who doesn't need it as much. This would be true for all divorcing spouses. On the other hand, I haven't seen many feminists support alimony for anyone but those who are in dire need of money.
