Pregnancy and Divorce question?

I was recently married a few months ago and got pregnant. Due to some problems and differences my husband wants a divorce. I heard that in some states it is not legally possible to get one when the spouse is pregnant. We live in Kansas and i dont know the laws here and cant find anything useful on the net. If anyone could let me know I'd appreciate it.
I'm not tryin to prevent it, i want it too. just dunno if we can
Its not possible in some states cuz you cant agree to child custody terms with an unborn baby. so you have to wait
