Husband moved out today after 25 1/2 years of marriage.?

Caught him in an affair of 4 years. He says she makes him feel good in bed. He claims to love her but then he says there is nobody better than me. Our children are grown and she has a 9 year old from another married man that he says he will accept. I have met her and she once again was with a married man. Now she is with my married man. Does he really want to start over like that or is he just kidding himself. We went to counseling for a year to only find out he lied the whole time, about everything. When he moves out is he going to realize how good he really had it or base a new relationship on sex. Should I wait for him being that I really do love him? Must admit our sex life has been poor for awhile. Any eye opener would really be appreciated. I am so confused. He says he has to move out because he cant handle the guilt anymore. What do I do move on or hope he will wake up and come back home where he belongs. I think!!!
