Malicious Intent has a spectacular aura about
No fault divorce in SC?

I am trying to file a no-fault divorce in SC and I have few questions. Do both parties have to be present when the no-fault is issued or can I just send it to her and have her sign it and send it back to me? I am in the military and I am on a 1 year deployment. Does this count as being separated for 1 year and at what point can I say that we lived seperate? Do I have to get a seperation agreement before I can start the clock or can I just use my deployment as the 1 year period? Thanx for the help.
