Why is waiting til marriage for sex an "outdated principle"?????

This makes absolutely nooo sense to me. I am waiting til marriage and no one is going to change my mind. I am just wondering why others think the way they do about this. I mean, sex leads have a baby out of wedlock, i mean, anythign could happen. And also there is the problem of AIDs.

I heard that some say people just didnt have sex before marriage because there were no means of contraception. I dont think that people understand what contraception does to you. I mean, it ruins a girls ovaries. To where, if they ever do waht to get pregnant, there is a lessened chance of the baby actually surviving. And abortion does the same thing. Things happen all the time to where the woman can no longer have a baby later on.

I jsut dont understand why it is worth it to have sex a couple times and go through all of these risks. Why do YOU think it is right to have sex before mariage?
OH.. and if people think that now that we have contraception, then we are allowed to have sex all the time, think about this.

How is that any different then saying "Why dont we allow drunk people drive, i mean, we have airbags and seatbelts and harder care? Back in the old days, they just didnt have this stuff, thats the only reason why people had to be good drives"

That makes no sense. ANd yet the reasoning is the same as the contraception thing. IT MAKES NOOO SENSE>
