Sexless marriage?

I have been with my husband for nearly two years. We have both been twice married. He is 13 years older than I. He has medical issues. He takes medication to control his blood pressure. I am aware the side effects of such medication.

He tells me I'm sexy. But he seems to prefer porn to me. I'm not sure if I can go on with having sex twice a year.

What gives? Has he lost interest in me? I've lost a few pounds to get some sort of sexual response. I please him sexually with no reciprocation -- of any kind! Cuddling is fine. But I need more. I feel guilty for feeling I should just walk away. Every other aspect of the relationship is great. What's a woman to do?

He's constantly begging me to stay. I've tried to be supportive. I've never mentioned leaving. I don't understand why he still wants me when he won't touch me.
It's easy for some to say hang in there. I have begun to question if he loves me, or obligated to me. It hurts. No one wants to be considered a "duty." So drop the judgement. Some of use live in the 21st century.
I am a creative woman. This is not my first round with ED. There is more to sexual expression than penetration.
