What do you do when your marriage is like a rollercoaster?

One minute things are good, the next things are bad...what do you do?

Not much information to work with here; like how long have you been married, children, other stresses, etc.

But, in general every marriage has its ups and downs. Not every marriage is a rollercoaster; but every marriage is ride. It has natural ebbs and flows. Maybe mellowing out over the highs and realizing the lows aren't that terrible will turn your rollercoaster into a doable ride. Hmmmm, not sure that makes sense......

Perceive it as normal. Enjoy the good times, and get to the root of the bad times. It's no different then life in general. Didnt you have up and down days when you were single? Remember you had to resolve your own probs all by yourself. Now ya have help!

Well sit down and evaluate your marriage.. Write down what happens during the good moments and the same during the bad.. Is there something that triggers the trouble.. What are yall doing that makes the good times.. Catch my drift?
