MissCissy has a spectacular aura about
Marriage Vs Long-Term Commited Relationship...??

I am bringing this up because of all of the snotty-ish remarks to the person who posted "Husband Problem!!?" then stated in her details that he is her boyfriend of 10 years.

My "fiance" and I have been together for 7 years, engaged for almost 4 years, and we refer to eachother as husband and wife. We are completely commited, raising a family, and infact he supports me as I am a SAHM. What is the big deal about the signing of the paperwork. Seems to me that both of our relationships are more devoted than alot of "real" marriages. BTW, our not being married has nothing to do with him (or I) not wanting to take the plunge. We just havent felt the need.
Please dont make this a big debate over religion and sin, etc, because we arent religious people. Are there other points to debate?
