My husband threatens to divorce me when we fight. How do I handle this situation?

My husband threatened to divorce me, I told him if he ever did it again I would leave. The other night he threatened it again 3 times, then locked me out of the house. All because I went somewhere without him. He was at his friends house, having a couple beers and I don't know anyone where I live because I am always with him. I'm only 19 and want to meet new people, not guys. Just friends. Anyway he wanted to go, but wanted me to wait for an hour. I didn't want to so I went ahead and left, told him to meet me there. He got pissed that I left without him saying it was bullshit that I left. I ended up meeting this girl that happens to live on our street. I guess he got home an hour before me and he locked me out, also saying that "I would have the divorce papers at the end of the week and he knows i don't have anywhere else to go so goodluck" He unlocked the door an hour later and apologized in the morning. I am still mad, but I don't know how to handle it.
