In pennsylvania, can my boyfriends (ex)wife (the divorce is filed and not "over"... ...yet) tell him...? In pennsylvania, can my boyfriends (ex)wife (the divorce is filed and not "over" yet) tell him...? when he can see his kids? they live with her, and he is not contesting that. i have been around for 2 years... and they are split and she doesnt want me around them... for no reason, other than vengence. so even tho, when he files for partial custody she wont be able to tell him that he cant have then around me... is there anything legally that can stop her from doing this?? he pays 740$ a month in child support, on time, and he wants to see his kids, but he doesnt want to have to see HER to see them. she lingers around and says that hes a stranger to them (no true) so she doesnt trust him with them. can she do this?? she said her attorney advised her not to have him be alone with the kids, ucase they filed for divorce... that has to be bullshit... please help!!! i stay out of it, cause it pisses me off.. and because she WANTS me to get mad and say something and use it against us.. nope. im smarter than that. i just dont understand how she forgets theyre 50% his kids too. and she doesnt need to babysit their visitations. well, we live together. ive been around for 2 years. this is been going on a whilllllle. and i know child support is different. but legally show is she to "say" what can go on? no i am not a homewrecker. they were splitting before i came around. they were mentally straining to eachother. i have no drug problems or anything like that. i have a good job, am in nursing school and my family is wealthy. she is of course going to hate me, and i dont want to get involved, its their deal.. i just hate watching them fight on the phone, and her telling him hes a bad father, and its becuase shes making the rules. AND HE FILED FOR DIVORCE>>> NOT HER> HE DID! what does being legally married have to do with it? they are legally seperated, and she has a boyfriend as well... they both moved on, divorce takes time.

Your boyfriend should get a lawyer, and have visitation settled in court. Just know though, that your boyfriends ex wife will be in his life pretty much forever because of the kids, so you'll have to learn how to deal with it in a civil manner.

hhhhhmmm here is the thing plane and simple most mommy's will hate and despise the women that thier man ran off with. and most mommy's will like the women who met thier husband after the divorce who likes there kids. my question is are you a home wrecker? and if not why are you concerning yourself with all that. look my ex dont give a crap about his kids I begged him to take them so I could have a life but in front of his new wife he cries and says how much he wants them. He is pulling your leg
