What are the Divorce procedures in UAE for expats?

Im a 32 yrs Indian Catholic female married a 33 yrs old Indian Hindu converted to Islam a male divorcee.
He had married a Pakistani woman 4 almost 6-7yrs, he was actually livin on his father-in-law’s cost n 1 day d wife found out he was havin an affair,coming home late,no physical relationship,etc..Finally she divorced him n we met. I was unaware of his real past since his parents disowned him n his friends obviously spoke well of him.V married 4 yrs back in Bombay, by Nikhanama (a Muslim priest near d court itself)same day v did d Register marriage n after 3 days v married in Church.After a yr I found out he was impotent, he nver told me. He started his old trades of comin home 3-4 am,since iv been questionin him,he now wants a divorce n has threatened me 2 leave d house n will then proceed with d divorce or else he throw me out of d house.Can some1 help me wat shld ido n how should d divorce process be done?Shld it be done in India or UAE as per d Indian laws n wat r my gains?
