Why is it that the toughest time in a marriage is in the beginning years...

...and the late years? For example most divorces occur either within the first 3 years of marriage or at around 25 years of marriage.
The first few years makes sense to me, but divorce after 25 years of marriage doesn't... I mean you've been together living/seeing/talking/confiding with a partner for so long... how can people just end that? Its like ending a relationship with your mother or sibling...

begining; mostly because you arent used to it so then you ajust.
end; youre too used of eachother and your mistakes.

It is all the year till we understand each other and the mental make up to have adjustment, tollerance & sarifice qualities.
Also if we follow the path of that we should not comment, command & demand then it is very very easy. Long living couple normally will not have any problems at the fag end and they will live for others by sacrificing the self intrest
