My husband Terrance immature, we both are 27yrs old. How can I deal with his

immature & keep a health marriage Immature things I hate about my husband Terrance:
1. Always assume the wrong thing
2. Never uses proper English
3. He's a very negative person
4. Talk negative about any and everybody
5. He doesn't understand that he needs to brush his teeth more than once a day
6. Take a bath/shower when he comes home from work & not just expect to get some with dirty sweaty penis and salty balls
7. too much more to keep going just thought I name a few . . . .

What should I do about him? We have been marriage for 3 years and togther for 7 years total. He has let himself go completely.
