Help! I'm filing for divorce (UK) and the forms are huge.?

My husband has his agenda and I have mine and somewhere we have to meet in the middle if we are to avoid court costs. It just seems that it would be easier to let a court descide especially as he is so far from the reality of his responsibilities. Two young children a wife and a home to maintain. I have just opened a business - still yet to take a salary from it I work more than 60 hours a week and am now alone with the kids and so have to close my shop at the end of school day or pay someone to be there. I've just applied for Tax Credits but yet to know what they will be. His net pay is 2k a month and all he wants to pay £80 a week for the boys. Surelly they are worth more? It cost(ed) us £1,300 to run our household ( inc. mortgage) per month. What can I reasonable expect him to pay?
He left me for a "new life" and has spent nearly 7k in the last 5 months. He has not withdrawn from paying the mortgage but wants to so he can get a new place.
