My male boss is staying after work to discuss marriage troubles with a

female coworker who is also having? marriage troubles. It's been going on about a week. Is this wrong? I think they should be talking to their spouses. My female coworker is already speaking to a counselor. I think these after work discussions could land them in trouble.
They both know I'm aware of this. Is it a problem in your opinion?
