His ex claimed both of the kids but divorce papers say he gets one what happens...

...to her now? My husband has been divorced for three years. Divorce papers say he gets to claim youngest girl. His ex went by this for first two years. This year however she claimed both girls. When we filed our taxes they got rejected. We then filed a paper return with the proper divorce papers saying he gets to claim the child. Our tax preparer told us to do this and that if we did we would get our full refund. What will happen to his ex since we did this.
