my wife wants a divorce and says its not fixable rightnow?

me and my wife got married about a year and a half ago and had a real rough time with my wife being sick during her pregnancy with severe abdominal pain and a after our little girl was born 11 months ago she was still in pain for 6 months it was hard on both of us but i was there to support her through everything i thought we could be happy after she got better but she remained the same person she was when she was sick and i felt like she wasn't trying to have a happy marriage she says she loves me but is not in love with me she left me 1 week ago and says things arent fixable rightnow and she is picking up all her stuff tomorrow and said we could try to work on stuff after things calmed down i really don't want a divorce i love her and my daughter a lot and miss them like crazy what do i do?
