Question about Divorce in Maine (with adultery)?

If my wife admited in court that she had sex with someone else while we were married but separated (We didn't even see the magistrate till after she had done it) what sort of direction would the divorce go? I get everything? I realize that child custody is different and separate.

Courts nowadays do not use adultery as a reason to divorce. Secondly, I find it highly unfair of a guy who was married for x-amount of years to try and cheat his wife out of her share. She spent those years with you--and one way or another, she helped you accumulate things--so be fair to her. Get a normal divorce, give her half of the house and other stuff and then move on. Besides, having had sex while you were separated is not adultery. In fact, if she lived elsewhere she can prove that separation actually existed--and that's a legal separation - so there is a difference!!!!!!
