How upset do you get when people keeping tell you having no sex in your marriage

ISN"T a big deal? Isn't sex in your marriage a VERY BIG DEAL! Why do people keep giving silly advice saying it isn't a big deal. Half a marriage's relationship is based on quality time together.
Your thoughts towards this please?
