| Is this marriage crazy? (On-line relationship)?
Last year, I met someone online. We live in two different countries. I am in the US, he's in the UK. We talk everyday for hours, and I feel totally in love with him. He is coming to see me this summer. After talking for quite sometime about us not wanting to be seperated after this visit, we've come up with the idea of running off to Las Vegas to get married.
Things to keep in mind when answering the following question:
We've known each other by phone, e-mail, web cam, photos, and letters for over a year now.
Neither of us are superficial people, and we both are strongly in the the belief that it's what's on the inside that matters. (You should see some of my ex's if you don't believe me.)
He's not just someone I'm in love with, but he's also become my best friend.
So, here are the questions.
Is this completely crazy for us to get married?
If we do go through with it, how should I tell my family?
Is it really possible to love someone you haven't met?
Thanks
