How do you move on from being a kid in a divorce that's still nasty?

How do you move on from being a kid in a divorce that's still nasty?

My parents have been separated for about 4 years now. But time hasn't made it any easier to get over it or move on from it. Not to mention my parents are still really nasty to eachother, even after the 4 years. any advice on how to deal with the nastiness?
