Irina has a spectacular aura about
US Citizenship by marriage & living abroad!!!?

I am married with American citizen (in Russia) I am Russian. We are married for 4 years, all this time we lived abroad. Altough we know each other for 10 years....Is it possible to have US citizenship while living abroad? We do not have planns Now to live in the States, but if we living in EU this help us to have the same status.

No. You need to become a permanent resident of the United States first. Then you'll need to actually reside in the United States for three years before you can even apply for citizenship.

Living in the EU changes nothing.

Not unless your spouse works for the US government abroad, such as at an embassy or a military base.
