Why Muslim girls seem so desperate for marriage with nonmuslims?

Condition being the man convert to Islam first. I've had quite a few encounters with Pakistani, Turkish, Arab females. Like within 20 minutes of meeting, I can be expected to have an invitation, "Do you want to marry me? Then first convert to Islam." This is called Blackmail.

Granted I make the moves in asking them out but isn't it a better if they flatly refuse me instead of adding this "olive branch". I must say they never fail to add.
