Is it possible to get divorced with US citizen through US Embassy in Europe?

Is it possible to get divorced with US citizen through US Embassy in Europe?

I merried US citizen in Virginia I want to get divorced asap and I have to return to Europe to live there and never come back. Do I need to live here in US for 12-18 months and wait for divorce (after 12 months, no contest,no childern,no property...) or I can do that through US Embassy in Europe after 12 months.
