i want to divorce my parents, but they dont beat me or anything, can i still...

...divorce them succesfully?? my mom is a drunk, and dad depresses me and shows no support.... i want to divorce them.....but im not sure if i will be able to.....will i?
yeah so..... im 12... and i have no income... my moms aaaalways drunk... my dad depresses me.... etc.......issues here... what do i do?
