divorce advice?? i am trying to break ties with a very abusive man. but i

need to do it without him knowing? i have heard of a way to post a notice of divorce at the court house but i cant get anyone to tell me which form i need. i was with him for 22 yrs. and have had a lot of bones broken, i was in a wheel chair for 6 yrs because of him, but i finally got away, had corrective surgery and can walk again. it took a lot but i am finally doing good for myself. BUT he keeps finding me and pulling the "your still my wife" card... i dont want to have to face him in court.. i'm still very afraid of him... but i do want a divorce.. i had a friend once who did a divorce this way but i've lost contact with her.. i had to cut ties to most everyone.
he is really crazy and restraining orders dont work, police never show up on time,... i just need this for myself, please???
