Divorce without hope?

Married for 5 years w/ 1 child. He has millions. She has nothing in her name (his doing so she couldn't leave him.) She borrowed every penny possible from family. Now her atty has dumped her because there is no more money- after 1 year of representation and just 1 month from final hearings. He will get 75% custody and all marital assets because she has no money and is a good liar - (he says he works so many hours, he needs to have the child more days- judge believed him even tho schedules were presented that showed him working 70+ hours weekly. He prefers to leave child with his parents so he can avoid child support.)

She doesn't qualify for pro bono because they base everything on his income. He was ordered to pay temporary maintenance but hasn't- contempt charges were filed but will not be addressed until after final hearings so does absolutely no good.

Is there seriously nothing she can do????

As for atty- she is filing for reimbursement for some legal fees but was told this could takes ages. Pro Bono and Legal Aide inquiries have all turned her down after seeing husband's income. Apparently they believe she must have access to SOMETHING. Also, the few temporary maint. payments he made previously, were enough to keep her just above "poverty" for the full 6 mos they are looking at- she will meet their requirements 2 mos after final hearing. Again, his atty's thinking.
