Where in the Bible does it say divorce is a sin?

I learned at my church that divorce is a sin (unless abuse or adulltery is involved). Anyway I was talking to someone about it and they said divorce is not a sin, so we have a little bet going on whether I can find where in the Bible it actually says that. If someone could give me a verse that would be great. Thanks

I don't believe anything is said, either.

We all make choices in life, and have regrets (sometimes we don't). When people get divorced, it's probably for good reason

I was told once, by a pastor that there are a couple of reasons a person can divorce their spouse according to the bible. 1. If the spouse is an athiest and 2. If the spouse commits adultry.

I haven't a clue where these things are discussed in the bible.

I'm Catholic...... divorce is not a sin.....

divorce is mearly.... in the eyes of the church.... a separation of two married people.

as long as they don't date after the divorce.... there is no sin.
