Divorce--house is split between child (71%) and father (29%)--does mother have

right to half of father's? My disabled mother and my father are getting a divorce. My husband and I own a house with my father (all three names are listed on the deed but not with equal rights) that was purchased, because it was more handicap accessible. My parents, husband, two dependent sisters, and myself live in this house. My father had durable power of attorney for my mother. He represented my mother and himself during the sale of their former property. The equity from their former house was gifted to my husband and me during the settlement on the new house. I am concerned with my mother having rights to half of my dad's portion due to the divorce. She is currently in a nursing home and has just been approved for government aide.
