6th. Disrict= The Jonesboro Traveling Gavel Has now came home to Jonesboro Lodge #87. Will be ready for a challenge on April 10, 07. If there are any Lodge, up to the challenge?? The Traveling Hat is at Griffin Lodge #413. The Rex Lodge Traveling Gavel is at Montgomery Lodge #31. East Point Traveling Gavel is back at East Point Lodge #288.
4th District= Carroll No. 69 has the Carroll No. 69 Traveling Gavel,= Sand Hill No. 350 has the Bowdon No. 206 Traveling Gavel.
5th District= Clarkston #492 and the 5TH. Gravel is now in the hands of Tucker Lodge #42

The objective of this course is to standardize and promote the use of Mentors in our lodges and to use them in the correct way. Any Master Mason can take the course. To take the course, the Mason must read the four books of Lodge System of Masonic Education and the Mentors Manual. These books can be obtained from the grand Secretary's office. Initially, in the 12th District, we will teach the course in each of the following locations. Each session will last about one hour. Charles M. April 3, 2007= Palmetto Lodge #74= Annual Fish Fry. This is in Honor WB Cotton Coggins. WB Coggins started this several years ago and since he had a stroke 3 or 4 years ago this is the only meeting he attends and only for the meal as of this time we do not have a program planed, but if you know of someone who gives short talks please invite them on my behalf. November 13, 2007= EA Minor Lodge #603= The DCMA was formed to promote brotherly love and fellowship among the members of lodges in and near DeKalb county, and all meetings are open, non-tyled events to which family and friends are most welcome. These meetings are a great way to introduce the craft to friends who would like to know more. Each meeting has a short educational or entertainment program, and we normally wrap up by 8:30pm., after which qualified visitors are welcome to stay for the hosting lodge's regular meeting.
