April 21, 2007= Tyrian Lodge #111= The Masonic Education Leadership Development committee has developed a course using the Lodge System of Masonic Education and the Mentors Manual. The objective of this course is to standardize and promote the use of Mentors in our lodges and to use them in the correct way. Any Master Mason can take the course. To take the course, the Mason must read the four books of Lodge System of Masonic Education and the Mentors Manual. These books can be obtained from the grand Secretary's office. Initially, in the 12th District, we will teach the course in each of the following locations. Each session will last about one hour. Charles M. April 28, 2007= Moultrie Lodge #381= Will be hosting a Master's Degree in long form and costume. A special degree team from Paintsville #381 in Kentucky will travel to Moultrie, Ga to perform this special degree This special event will be held at Norman Park Elementary Gym, West Weeks Street, Norman Park, Ga. The first section of the degree will begin at 4:00 P.M. with dinner being served approximately 5:15 P.M., between the 1st and 2nd Sections. Located between Moultrie and Tifton on US 319 (10 Mi. N of Moultrie & 20 mi S of Tifton), Norman Park is easily accessible from I-10, US 19 and US 82. November 13, 2007= EA Minor Lodge #603= The DCMA was formed to promote brotherly love and fellowship among the members of lodges in and near DeKalb county, and all meetings are open, non-tyled events to which family and friends are most welcome. These meetings are a great way to introduce the craft to friends who would like to know more. Each meeting has a short educational or entertainment program, and we normally wrap up by 8:30pm., after which qualified visitors are welcome to stay for the hosting lodge's regular meeting.
