New Holland Lodge #392 WI - June Stated Meeting

This month's stated meeting is our annual "New Hollarlander" night. Wear
your best hillbilly tux (bibs and a flannel shirt). Ties will not be
permitted. Those wearin' them are subject to removal by the Lodge's tie
removal tool (snip, snip).

We will be finalizing the details for the major repair to the front corner
post and discussing the issuing of the bonds for same. In addition, we will
be conducting the Fellowcraft degree on Bro. Ford. Also, remember that we will be providing the candidate (Bro. Boone) for the outdoor raising this
Saturday. (16-Jun-07). We will be conducting the degree in conjunction with Heber and Pickaway Lodges. The fish fry will begin at about 4:00 at Heber Lodge, in Williamsport, with work beginning about 6:00 down by the water's edge. It is a pretty safe bet that we WON'T get rained out. This will be our last stated meeting until September.

On a more somber note, for those of you not in and around New Holland, we lost one of our long time members late last month. Brother Ed Davis, our long time Tyler & ship's captain/wayfaring man, passed away late last month.
The Master and officers want to thank all that attended his Masonic Service. Bro. Ed, a 43 year member will truly be missed. Our altar will be draped for a period of 30 days out of respect for this Lodge member. Please remember his family in your thoughts and prayers.
