I need help with thes two math problems, anyone please?

(9/6) to the power of -1, simplify the expression, use only positive exponents. 3x squared y squared over 3xy times 6xy cubed, ( only the y is cubed), over 3y- simplify, using only positive exponents. I need answers soon. Thanks.
