| confusing math problem! (has to do with fractions in a way)?
okay so if 16 is 4/3 then what is 1/2? it's probably simply solved but i don't understand how to do it. help is greatly appriciated!      |

You should change the fractions so they have the same denominator. The LCD of 3 and 2 is 6 so 4/3 = 8/6 and 1/2 = 3/6 and if 16 is 8/6 then dividing each by 8, 2 = 1/6 so you can get what 3/6 would be if you know what 1/6 is |
